I use to spend a lot of time on the internet because of my job. I am using Iris with all my devices and I am very happy with it. Like most IT people I have eye problems and Iris helps a lot. I recommend it!
As a writer, I spend a ton of time at my desk. Iris has been a real game changer for me because of the fine-grained brightness and color temperature controls it brings to my workspace. That makes a huge difference for me. When I began to use Iris I was surprised on how it functions it made things a lot easier for my health and my eyes. I can finally enjoy using my devices at night time without eyestrain.
I was working on a large project until late night. I felt the blue light harmful effect on my eyes. When I start using Iris, Surprisingly, I didn't feel any harmful effect on my eyes and I have decided to use Iris permanently. I only recommend Iris for eye protection and thanks Daniel Georgiev for creating such an awesome software.
I have been using Iris for about a week and really enjoy it. My eyes are much more relaxed on the Health preset and they no longer burn after a few hours of writing or surfing the net as they used to.
I love the Programming preset for reversing my screen colors so I can have light text on a black background for a while, and the Reading preset is great for removing the flicker and calming down my screen to grayscale.

The Iris program has been a great resource for me to help these patients. Today's technology rich environment requires high levels of screen time for work as well and recreation. Not only does the Iris software help the average person who is in front of a screen all day, but it has been a essential element for the management of the vision disability associated with brain injury, concussion, and stroke patients.
The ability to customize the amount of blue light has allowed many patients to set the exact amount of blue light to enable them to get back to using a computer. This can mean the difference between going back to work after an injury or event. Iris is simply a game changer.
As a film editor I live in front of computer screens for upwards of 14 hours per day, and Iris is now installed on every machine I use. It has drastically reduced eye fatigue and has had a massive effect on my ability to wind down at night by using the sleep modes.
I can't live without it. As a person who spends more than 16 hours in front of multiple displays, I do find using Iris very healthy. Daniel did an amazing job with his Iris software.
